Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults experiencing burnout, chronic stress/anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence. As a neurodivergent therapist who has navigated my own experiences with burnout, I understand how exhausting it can be to constantly feel "on" for everyone else. I’m especially passionate about supporting helping professionals, caregivers, and high-achieving folks who spend so much energy caring for others that they forget to care for themselves. I also bring my full personality into the therapy room (including humor, authenticity, and the occasional slightly twisted joke) when the moment calls for it.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you can be your full self, unapologetically. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand your nervous system, build self-trust, and create sustainable ways of coping with life's challenges. Together, we'll explore patterns that are no longer serving you while balancing meaningful growth with self-compassion. Therapy can be deep and transformative, but it doesn't have to be serious every second of the hour.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we both feel like it's a good fit. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what's been feeling difficult lately, and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward. I'm very transparent, so you're welcome to ask questions about me, my approach, or the therapy process at any point. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and a little less alone in whatever you're carrying.
