I consider my work to be humanistic, relational, and trauma-informed. I have experience counseling individuals, couples, and families who may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adverse family dynamics, and turbulent life transitions. I'm quite passionate about analyzing not only "generational curses," but also generational blessings across the lifespan. I take pride in decoding lived experience and interpersonal connection through a multicultural lens.
I utilize psychoanalysis, psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my work. My practice is informed by the education I've received at New York University Silver School of Social Work, in addition to my training at The Ackerman Institute for the Family.
