Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed or stuck can be exhausting, and you don’t have to do it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward. If you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step. I work with individuals seeking support for stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. I help clients move toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based and mindfulness-informed practices to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building self-compassion, coping skills, and self-awareness. Together, we'll set meaningful goals and work at a pace that best supports you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get to know each other in a supportive and low-pressure space. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain, all while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. There is no expectation to share more than you are ready for.
