I am Chelsea White, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychotherapy based in New York - here to support you through challenging transitions with therapy services catered to your own individualized needs. I am a New York native who studied Psychology and minor in Dance at Boston University and attained a Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in 2019.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am offering individual therapy by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach of Psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, and Dance Movement Therapy.

I provide services to clients who face challenges with the following: anxiety, depression, racial trauma, relationship issues, divorce, unemployment, grief and loss, stress, anger, self-esteem, spirituality, eating disorders, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, school issues, coping skills, trauma, and family conflict, etc.
