Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Chelsea. I have worked for 6 years with teens and young adults as they navigate life. I am experienced in CBT, DBT and Existential approaches. I also have a faith background and work with people who are neuro-divergent. I am passionate about women's health and wellness as well as supporting the LGBTQ population. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to take a holistic and creative approach to counseling, focusing on the mind- body connection as well as practical skills to implement on your journey. I am affirming and believe everyone is doing their best, but sometimes things get in the way. I like to look at values and what drives the individual as well as explore how your past and present environment affects your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to create a warm, open and client-driven environment. You know yourself best and I have tools to help you get to a better, more authentic version of yourself. This is your journey and I want to support you in any way I can.
