Great to meet you!

Are you worried about your child or teen, struggling in your relationships, or are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or changes in your own life? I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, providing a warm and supportive space to better understand what’s happening and develop practical tools for meaningful change. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents in school-based mental health and understand the unique emotional, behavioral, social, and family challenges that can arise throughout development.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Parent Management Training (PMT) to create treatment that fits each client’s individual needs. With couples, I help identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships. When working with children and adolescents, I believe supporting parents can be an important part of creating lasting change. Parent Management Training helps parents better understand their child’s behavior while learning practical, evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors, improve communication, establish effective boundaries, and respond more consistently to challenging behaviors. My goal is not to tell parents how to parent, but to help families find strategies that work for their individual child and home.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should feel both supportive and useful. Whether I’m helping a child build coping skills, a teenager navigate anxiety or peer relationships, an adult move through a difficult transition, parents feel more confident supporting their child, or a couple reconnect, I strive to help clients recognize their strengths and leave therapy with tools they can use in everyday life.
