Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chelsea, and I’m glad you’re here. I have extensive experience working with foster children, trauma, grief, relationship and family issues, ADHD, anxiety, and personality disorders. I take a friendly and open approach while also focusing on helping you make real, meaningful progress. My goal is to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you as you work through what you’re facing. With me, you’re not alone in this process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe, open space where you can truly be yourself. I believe you are the expert of your own life, so I allow you to lead while I support, guide, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. I focus on empowering you while also providing direction when needed, so you’re not left feeling stuck. Sessions with me are designed to feel comfortable and stress free, while still being productive and focused on real growth. Together, we will work to help you gain insight, build practical skills, and manage symptoms in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can simply be yourself and share what’s been going on in your life. There’s no pressure to open up all at once, you can go at your own pace and share only what you feel comfortable with. I like to think of the first session as a natural, casual conversation that helps me get to know you, understand your needs, and begin identifying how I can best support you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and confident about moving forward.
