I am a licensed Clinical Social worker with over 5 years experience conducting individual, group and family therapy. I am nationally certified in providing the trauma based intervention TF-CBT, with extensive training in proving treatment for depression, dissociation, anxiety and stress management. I currently specialize providing support to adolescents and young adults in managing behavioral health concerns as well as assisting families in navigating life’s challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a creative perspective, while proving a space that is both affirming and open minded. I have been trained in trauma focused modalities and am knowledgable regarding the treatment of various disorders including the trauma, dissociation, depression, anxiety and stress management with a variety of ages.
