Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Chelsey! I work to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

I practice therapy that is inclusive, anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ allied, body-positive, sex-positive, and culturally affirming. I am committed to dismantling harmful systems of oppression while honoring and celebrating the individuality of each person.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate, and deeply affirming experience. Our sessions are shaped around your unique needs and may include exploring patterns in your relationships, processing painful experiences, or uncovering new ways of understanding yourself. You can expect our work together to feel supportive and safe, while also gently challenging when it serves your progress.
