Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on long-term well-being and emotional resilience. I have specialized training in school psychology, working with children, adolescents, and young adults, but I am experienced in supporting individuals across the lifespan. Prior to therapy, I spent 7 years as an educator for individuals with vision loss, enhancing my ability to work with diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, ADHD, ODD, and chronic medical conditions. I use creative and flexible therapeutic modalities to offer a holistic approach tailored to your needs. As a bilingual therapist proficient in American Sign Language, I provide inclusive services for the Deaf, hard of hearing, and Deafblind communities, ensuring accessible and compassionate care.

What you can expect from me

I’m here to offer a safe, welcoming space where you can feel supported in your journey toward growth and healing. In our first session, we’ll take the time to connect and understand each other, exploring how we can best work together to meet your unique needs. This is a collaborative process, and I'll ensure that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
