Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I’m Chelsey Molina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in perinatal mental health, maternal wellness, and women’s mental health. I provide telehealth therapy across Florida, offering a candid, compassionate approach that meets you where you are.

I bring both clinical training and a deep personal understanding of the perinatal period to my work with clients. Whether you are navigating the postpartum period, pregnancy, the mental load of motherhood, or broader life transitions as a woman, I am here to help you find your way through.

My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about the hard stuff, without judgment, and without pretending to have it all together.

My approach to therapy

I offer a candid approach to therapy, providing a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self. We will partner together to achieve your therapeutic goals, working through challenges that encourage emotional growth and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. We will spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of it, and what has or has not worked for you in the past.
