Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Dr. Chelsi Battle, a licensed psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology and over 6 years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges.

I work with adults managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and major life transitions.

I also have specialized experience in athlete mental health and performance psychology, helping athletes and coaches pursue their goals while maintaining balance and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both collaborative and culturally responsive. I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and rediscovery of your strengths. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or practical tools to manage life, I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel seen and understood.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together on your journey toward greater balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where your voice and experiences are valued. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build practical coping tools, and feel more confident navigating the challenges you face.

Clients I work with often leave sessions with:

  • A better understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
  • Strategies for managing stress, anxiety, or difficult life transitions
  • A stronger sense of self-awareness and self-compassion
  • Practical skills they can apply in their daily lives
  • Encouragement to move toward goals with balance and confidence

I strive to create an environment that feels safe and empowering, and where you don’t just talk about problems, but also discover solutions and new perspectives.
