Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like your past experiences, relationships, and losses have impacted your day to day life and how you relate to people? Knowing that there are tons of aspects that are pulling us down throughout life, I am here to explore those and help to decrease the severity of the ups and downs we experience daily. As a therapist I believe in the importance of building relationship, resilience, and supporting you in facing this world with the belief that you can thrive.

My approach to therapy

I obtained my Clinical Counseling degree at Naropa University, which I also received a concentration in Wilderness Therapy. I have worked within Wilderness Therapy, Outpatient therapy, and residential treatment centers. I specialize in Couples counseling, Individual counseling, and Adventure Sports counseling/First Responder counseling.

What you can expect from me

Life can be exhausting and overwhelming which creates loneliness and feelings of isolation at times. If you're feeling a desire to gain support, connection and healing give me a call or email and we can set up an appointment if it feels right for you.
