Great to meet you!

"I am deeply dedicated to supporting the well-being and personal growth of each of my clients. Together, we will explore pathways that nurture your potential and empower you on your unique journey through life. Life’s journey can bring many challenges, but it also holds the potential for great growth and transformation. With honorably discharged service in the military, I bring a diverse perspective to counseling. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Master of Arts in Licensed Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. My background includes serving as a Veterans Counselor, and I am now focused on providing care through my full-time private practice. Additionally, I grew up speaking both English and Spanish at home, and I am proficient in English, allowing me to connect with a wider range of individuals seeking support."

A bit about my approach to therapy

"My focus is on guiding individuals, couples, and families toward reconnecting with their authentic selves and thriving on their unique journeys. As a well-rounded counselor, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and EFT, tailored to each client’s needs. I also recognize that some individuals may benefit from medication as part of their healing process. With experience supporting a wide range of clients, including Veterans, I collaborate with individuals to navigate challenges such as mental health issues, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, chronic health conditions, infidelity, life transitions, and more, while supporting them on their path of growth and healing."

What you can expect from our first session

"Sessions can be challenging, but through building rapport and working together, we can enhance your understanding of the challenges you're facing. I believe you are entitled to take ownership of your healing journey and deserve to be treated with genuine respect by a well-trained, warm, and compassionate therapist. To make this process transparent, I will guide you through your unique path to healing. With my professional training and experience, I am committed to providing the support and tools you need to maximize the success of your treatment."
