Great to meet you!
As a U.S. Navy Veteran and current military spouse, I understand the unique pressures of service life; whether you're the one who served, love someone who did, or are navigating the military lifestyle yourself. The majority of my career has been dedicated to working with Veterans and military connected clients, but I've also spent time in inpatient mental health, giving me a grounded understanding of what real crisis and real recovery look like.
My approach is solution-oriented and direct, but always collaborative. I'm not here to just listen and nod. I'm here to work with you toward change. I believe in naming things clearly, asking the hard questions, and building a plan you can actually use. As I tell my clients: if you're not changing it, you're choosing it. My job is to help you make that choice consciously, and to help you get where you're trying to go.
I specialize in anger management and mood regulation, problem-solving, depression, trauma and anxiety. I work well with clients who want a therapist who will challenge them as much as support them. Someone who brings structure and honesty to the room, without losing sight of compassion.
If you're ready to start building the version of yourself you actually want to be, I'd be glad to help you get there.
