Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Chelsy, a Licensed Therapist. In my 8 years as a therapist, I have become passionate about supporting women navigating seasons of life, those who are pregnant, post-partum, coping with loss and beyond. I love providing support during life transitions and helping my clients to be the best possible versions of themselves. Working with me you can expect a warm and judgement free space to have honest and transparent conversations, process experiences, and practice coping tools.

My approach to therapy

I operate from a strengths based approach to empower and build self-confidence in my clients. I also approach therapy with directness through challenging unhelpful thoughts while being empathetic and affirming to your personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

After sessions, you can expect to feel emotionally "lighter" as I serve to listen and unpack what is troubling you. I will always end session with a grounding and/or strengths based discussion to prepare you to take on the rest of the week until we meet again.
