Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a doctor of psychology in marriage and family therapy certified by the board of behavioral sciences. I am passionate about providing mental health and nervous system literacy to empower others. I am trauma certified which means that I have trained skills to support your personal needs, growth, and healing.

My approach to therapy

Over the last decade I have learned and been trained in trauma approaches to support folks chronically feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and stressed. Working with me is a mixture of building insight, processing emotional experiences, and utilizing your agency to make the changes you want to make in your life.

What you can expect from me

We will introduce ourselves to each other, review what therapy with me will look like and how the first session will go. We will review your goals for therapy and reflect on what that looks like for you.
