“Originally from Douglas, Georgia (home of boiled peanuts and infamous Georgia peaches), I moved to Nashville in 2014, and received my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University.

I take a client-centered and holistic therapeutic approach and hope to affirm every client I work with. In therapy we dive deep into the systems we are a part of as we dig deeper into who we are.

It’s important to me that we focus on establishing healthy, healing, and historically sound relationships that are guided by intergenerational and structural work. (And yes, I give homework - creative and often with fun elements)
