I focus on medication management for adults and also offer brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation to support emotional healing and personal growth. To help set expectations clearly, please note that I do not:
– Prescribe stimulants (including Adderall, Ritalin, etc.)
– Prescribe high doses of benzodiazepines (including Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, etc.)
– Prescribe Xanax (Alprazolam), however, I’m glad to help cross-titrate to another benzodiazepine at a lower dose when clinically appropriate.
