Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chenelle Browne, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with eight years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families. I’m dedicated to supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s grief, anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

I believe mental health care should be accessible, collaborative, and grounded in real-life tools. Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you reconnect with joy, meaning, and resilience—no matter where you’re starting from.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My expertise includes helping individuals navigate grief and loss, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, interpersonal struggles, and job-related stress.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support you in making meaningful, lasting changes. My goal is to help you build practical tools, feel more emotionally balanced, and move toward the life you want.
