Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Chenelle! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I believe that healing isn't about becoming someone different—it's about discovering your strengths, embracing your growth, and becoming the healthiest version of yourself. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard without judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, or relationship challenges, I'm here to help you develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you reach your goals. My approach is warm, compassionate, and strengths-based, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to explore life's challenges without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences and needs. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you not only find healing but also discover your resilience, recognize your growth, and continue becoming the person you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can feel safe being your authentic self. Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, establish meaningful goals, and develop a personalized plan that supports your growth and well-being. You don't have to have everything figured out before you start—simply showing up is the first step, and we'll navigate the journey together.
