Great to meet you!

Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.

I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and behaviors, and to practice new ways of responding that feel more supportive and grounded. I also incorporate mindfulness, which helps you stay present and calm in the moment, and EMDR, a trauma-informed approach that supports healing from painful or overwhelming experiences stored in the mind and body.

My style is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented. We move at your pace—never rushed, always with care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I want to hear how things are going for you and what you hope to achieve. This is your space to speak freely and be heard. I want you to know that you are not alone. We will move through this together.
