Great to meet you!

I work with women, mothers, and families navigating the hard moments that don't always have easy names — postpartum overwhelm, relationship tension, anxiety that won't quit, or the particular exhaustion that comes from holding everything together when you feel like you're falling apart. I specialize in maternal mental health and have deep experience helping new and expectant mothers work through the emotional complexity of that season of life.I practice telehealth across Texas, which means you can access support from home, your car, your lunch break — wherever you actually have a private moment. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our work together will be tailored to who you are, what you're carrying, and where you genuinely want to go.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we'll work on understanding the patterns of thought and behavior that are keeping you stuck — and actively building new ones. I also draw from Family Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques depending on what's most useful for your situation. Our sessions are collaborative. I'll bring the structure and the tools; you bring your experience and your goals. Together, we'll build something that actually makes a difference in your daily life — not just something that feels good in the session and disappears by Monday morning.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other — no pressure, no judgment. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, a bit about your history, and what you're hoping therapy will give you. I'll ask questions, but I'll also leave plenty of space for you to share things in your own way and your own time.By the end of our first session, you'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit, and I'll share some initial thoughts on what our work together could look like. Many clients tell me they leave that first session feeling lighter — not because everything is solved, but because they finally said it out loud to someone who listened.
