Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a mental health professional, who is passionate about inspiring individuals as they navigate life challenges, build meaningful lasting change and growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and caring. I want my clients to feel safe, heard, respected and supported.

My approach to therapy

I have many years of social work background, life experiences and education that give me a deeper understanding of clients with a variety of concerns. I use person centered treatment approaches that are meaningful to each clients individual needs and goals. I am mindful of the value of having cultural awareness and specialize in areas such as anxiety, substance use, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and emotional well-being. I want to have the opportunity to inspire change, encourage hope, and walk with you toward healing and tranformation. I also believe in creating and embracing moments of joy, laughter and celebrating progress.

What you can expect from me

During our initial few sessions we will spend time getting to know each other and I will learn more about what inspired you to pursue therapy and how I can be of service to you. My hope is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable, seen, heard and supported. Together we'll explore and identify what you would like to achieve in therapy and develop a plan that feels right toward inspirational change.
