Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have had the pleasure of working with people with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, trauma, psychosis, and OCD. I have worked in inpatient settings, and outpatient settings providing crisis assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to listen in a non-judgmental way so you can be comfortable sharing. I believe it is important to align with Trauma-Informed care. I also use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy,

What you can expect from our first session

It can be hard trying to navigate everything yourself, especially if you believe you have to "be strong". Sometimes you need someone outside of your circle to talk to who can listen with compassion and an open mind. I provide warm, non-judgmental care that will help you gain tools to manage depression and anxiety, increased confidence, and improved overall well being.
