Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cheri, and I’m here to walk with you through the tough stuff.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes—whether you're facing anxiety, working through trauma, dealing with relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. You might be carrying emotional pain, battling self-doubt, or questioning your next steps. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.

I work with individuals who are ready for something to shift. My clients often come to me feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. They’re looking for a safe, supportive space where they can be real—no filters, no judgment. Together, we unpack what’s going on beneath the surface, get to the root of the struggle, and start building tools to create meaningful change.

I believe healing is possible for everyone. With the right support, we all have the ability to grow, find clarity, and live with more peace and purpose. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I blend proven therapeutic methods with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply looking to feel more like yourself again, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to go through this alone. I’ll be there to truly listen—to understand what you’re feeling, not just what you’re saying. At times, I may gently challenge you when it’s needed, but always with your best interest at heart. My role is to support you, walk beside you, and help you move toward the life you want. We'll work together as a team, at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you. Your goals will guide our work, and I’ll be here to help you stay grounded, grow stronger, and find your way forward.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain more than just insight—you’ll walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a sense of hope. We'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back, and together, we’ll work on creating lasting change. You’ll start to feel more confident in who you are, clearer about what you want, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and supported—knowing you’re not alone on this journey.
