Great to meet you!

I am licensed in California with a little over 9 years of professional work experience as a therapist and over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, bipolar disorder, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

First sessions of therapy can be nerve wracking for most people because they are worried about sharing about themselves to a complete stranger. I like to provide a comfortable and safe space for sharing and getting to know each other in the first session, to ensure the client feels comfortable with their therapist to ensure the most growth can happen.
