Great to meet you!

As client-centered Licensed Professional Counselor, my journey includes a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Cultural Counseling and a Bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. My career has included extensive work with Native American behavioral health issues. I especially enjoy working with young adults and am a LGBTQIA+ ally.

My approach to therapy

Each person is unique with their life experiences, identity and challenges. Using a Humanistic approach and applying tools from Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we walk together to find personalized solutions to challenges.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin our first session with an orientation that includes an overview of counseling services and I'll answer any questions you have about psychotherapy. Next, we'll complete the initial assessment to identify your concerns as well as relevant background information. At the end of our session, I'll ask if you feel comfortable proceeding and we'll schedule the next appointment.
