Great to meet you!

Hi, welcome! Seeking insight, connection, personal and professional growth, healing, I’m here to work with you to explore what you bring into this space. After my undergraduate psychology studies, I worked in the corporate arena. Reflections on my experiences and therapy brought me back to my interest in mental health and becoming a therapist. Coming from a diverse personal and professional background, I enjoy learning about and working with your unique complexities, supporting your self-development and voice as a guidepost.

My approach to therapy

Your experiences - hardships, heaviness, humor, challenges and triumphs, these can be part of our work together. I work from a growth perspective to support you in connecting with, exploring, and building upon who you are to be a creator of and leader in your own development, healing, and experiences. I often work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, couples with relationship concerns ranging from communication, life transitions, infidelity, and intercultural challenges. I also work with ADHD and individuals navigating life transitions and career development challenges.

What you can expect from me

Learning about you and your experiences is where we can start - we’ll continue in partnership to figure out and explore your hopes and goals, then together we’ll work on these, supporting you in having the experiences, path, and life you choose. I’d be happy to see if we’d be a good fit for great work.
