Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a licensed independent social worker with a supervision designation, and I feel honored to support individuals throughout Ohio. I earned my master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and my bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay. Over the past 12 years, I have supported people navigating addiction, depression, gender identity, autism spectrum disorder, chronic illness, and anxiety. I have worked with individuals ranging from their late teens through later adulthood. My goal is to create a compassionate, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy begins with feeling heard and understood. I take time to listen closely to your goals, your experiences, and what matters most to you. From there, we will work together to find evidence based approaches that fit your needs and help you feel supported as you make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

I want your first session to feel comfortable, welcoming, and free of judgment. We will spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. Together, we will explore what feels most important for you to work on and create a treatment plan that supports your goals.
