Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, panic, or the emotional ups and downs that come with life’s challenges. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, managing a chronic health condition, or struggling to find balance and stability in your daily life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, trauma, and stress related to life transitions or chronic conditions. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to better understand yourself and your experiences.

Together, we focus on uncovering your strengths, building insight, and developing practical tools that help you move toward greater emotional balance and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients gain awareness of patterns, shift unhelpful thinking, and create meaningful change.

I believe therapy works best when we meet you where you are and move forward at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, discuss your goals, and begin identifying ways we can work together to support your growth and well-being.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin your path toward healing and meaningful change.
