You learn how to feel your feelings without becoming overwhelmed, ashamed, or numb. We work to uncover the ways in which old beliefs keep you stuck. We explore your needs and wants, what you stand for, and help you develop a healthy sense of self and hold on to that self in the face of social expectations and social pressure.
