Great to meet you!

My name is Cherie and I have over 12 years of experience working with adults of all ages. I began my career working in Addiction Treatment as a CADAC II specialist and supervisor. I then gained valuable experience working with individuals from all walks of life who suffered from mild disorders to the most severe psychological disorders.

My areas of expertise are: Trauma, anxiety, depression, personal growth, and grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs. I desire to come along side others to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships and reaching their goals. I also provide Christian counseling based on Biblical values upon client request.

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic approach is to evaluate each person within their environment, provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
