Great to meet you!
Everyone needs someone to talk to, but it can be hard to find non-judgmental support or an unbiased perspective within our own social circles. That’s when I recommend seeking out a therapist. In fact, my own positive experiences inspired me to pursue this as a career path!
I graduated from Antioch University of Santa Barbara in 2012 and have been seeing clients ever since. I utilize a wide variety of modalities, but mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With CBT, I aim to challenge a client's thoughts, helping them to reframe their narrative to a more self-empowered one. This can lead to lasting behavioral changes, where clients can learn to overcome blockages and manifest whatever it is they desire to achieve.
