Great to meet you!

I’ve been providing mental health therapy in the Greater Seattle area since 2020 and am currently completing my PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Because my background bridges deep clinical mental health work and organizational science, I have a unique perspective on both our inner worlds and the external environments we navigate daily. I specialize in supporting individuals working through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, attachment wounds, BIPOC/identity issues, and the distinct pressures of workplace dynamics and leadership. Above all, I’m here to offer a grounded, authentic space where you can exhale and be yourself.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a true partnership: You are the expert on your life, and I bring the clinical tools and perspective to help you get where you want to go. My style is warm, collaborative, and socially conscious, deeply rooted in equity, advocacy, and cultural humility. Together, we’ll uncover and gently shift unhelpful patterns, heal old wounds, and build practical strategies that fit your real, everyday life. You can always expect a judgment-free room where all parts of your story and identity are welcomed, affirmed, and respected.

What you can expect from me

I believe that meaningful healing begins when individuals feel safe enough to explore what has been unspoken or unresolved. First sessions can feel a little nerve-wracking, so my top priority is simply helping you settle in and get comfortable. We’ll take things at your pace to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what working together could look like. It’s also an easy, no-pressure opportunity for us both to see if we feel like a great fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you show up—just bring yourself, and we’ll figure out the roadmap together.
