I'm Cherise, owner of Therapy Room LLC, a group private practice of professionally licensed and compassionate clinicians. We believe the family we are reared in is the heart of our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs as we work within our adult relationships. At Therapy Room, we believe the parent/caregiver-child relationship we experienced in childhood impacts how we function in our adult relationships with our partners, children, coworkers, and others. I specialize in assisting couples and individuals through an empathetic, holistic, strength-based, sometimes humorous, and nonjudgmental approach, to explore relationship dynamics, emotional maturity and intelligence, and self-regulation. We work together to implement resolutions that reframe any negatives you might have about self and the world around you.

You can expect to experience feeling heard, seen, and understood, and receive empowerment to make clear choices. You can also expect to learn how to resolve issues in a healthy and functional manner, feel more self-regulated, and become aware of how your thoughts and behaviors impact others.
