Great to meet you!

Email me to begin! Imagine feeling supported through every stage of your journey, making sustainable changes that resonate through your life. When you connect deeply with your therapist, change becomes not just possible, but tangible. With me, therapy isn't just a session—it's a safe haven where your thoughts and behaviors are validated and gently challenged to foster positive growth. Outside of therapy, I love walks, good cheese, and laughter.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual and family therapy, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma and life adjustments. I believe in the power of mind-body connection to equip you with resilience and tools for growth. Therapy is a collaboration, and together we'll define your goals and chart the path to achieving them. My approach is trauma-informed, creating a space where your experiences are understood and respected. I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy to tailor our sessions to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Building our relationship means creating a space where you can be authentically yourself—where humor and warmth blend with non-judgmental support. In our first session, we will create a treatment plan that accounts for all the different parts of your life. This will also be a time for you to ask questions in order to make sure I am the right person to help you. I'm excited to meet you and start building something meaningful.
