Hi! My name is Cherise. I would love to embark on a journey together to help you better navigate your experiences and/or anxiety to live happier, healthier, and more comfortably. I aim to be warm, supportive & compassionate.

In addition to standard practice hours please note: Second shift workers, I am aware of your session time struggles- I see you too, so if you are a person who might need a session that starts at 11pm or midnight, I am willing to add your needed session time to my availability even though it isn’t listed on the calendar here ✅

I use a mixture of modalities because I want to be respectful and mindful of what is the best or most appropriate fit for my client’s individual needs. I provide a safe, confidential place for my clients to fully be themselves & open up.
