Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I work with children, adults, and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that works for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work toward meaningful and lasting improvement in your mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care that considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis. I listen carefully to understand your symptoms, experiences, concerns, and treatment goals before developing an individualized plan. Together, we’ll explore treatment options, including medication when appropriate, while making decisions that align with your needs and preferences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding what you are experiencing and how it is affecting your daily life. We’ll review your symptoms, mental and physical health history, medications, previous treatments, and other factors that may be contributing to your concerns. You will have a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you have time to ask questions and feel heard. I’ll explain my assessment and treatment recommendations, answer your questions, and discuss options, including medication and other supportive interventions, when appropriate. You’ll leave the session with a clear understanding of the treatment plan, next steps, and what we will be working toward.
