Great to meet you!

I'm a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked closely with individuals managing chronic pain and substance use disorders, providing integrated support that addresses both physical and mental health needs. I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD with a focus on individuals over 18 years old.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates medication management with a strong emphasis on holistic care, collaboration, and patient education. I believe that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to partner with you to create a personalized treatment plan that helps you regain balance, build resilience, and improve overall quality of life. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I am here to provide guidance rooted in empathy and clinical expertise.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more confident managing your mental health. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan focused on symptom relief, emotional balance, and long-term well-being. I strive to create a collaborative environment where progress feels achievable and meaningful.
