Little Bits Counseling serves adults 18 years of age and older.

In our sessions, I utilize a client-centered approach tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others. Together, we will set achievable goals and develop strategies to enhance your emotional well-being.
