Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults in every stage of life — people navigating complicated relationships, demanding work lives, major transitions, and the search for clarity, healing, or a renewed sense of purpose. I’m deeply committed to creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and respectful of all aspects of who you are — including your race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious or spiritual beliefs, and abilities. My passion has always been working with adults who are navigating challenging life situations, seeking change, or trying to reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My style focuses on gaining clarity about your life situation, building coping skills, healing unresolved pain, and creating a life of meaning and purpose. I strive to create a safe, affirming environment for all of your identities — including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and abilities. My goal is always to help you move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively to establish your goals and determine the best treatment options for you. As your work in therapy unfolds, we’ll regularly discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments. You can expect me to provide a balance of challenge and support, respond flexibly to your treatment needs, and address any concerns you may have about the therapy process.
