Great to meet you!

As a doctorally prepared and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I recognize the challenge it can be to navigate the world of mental health and to find your way back to you. My goal is to help children, adolescents, and adults on that journey who are navigating anxiety, depression, or ADHD.

My approach to therapy

Everyone's mental health journey is unique and thus requires an individualized, tailored approach. I use a combination of evidence-based practice and my deep understanding and appreciation of the human condition gained through my years of experience in healthcare. I partner with patients to help them achieve the life they want for themselves by assisting them in managing their mental health through psychiatric medication management.

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with an initial psychiatric evaluation. This appointment will be longer than most and will involve gathering a significant amount of information so that I can understand who you are, your experiences, and your goals for treatment. After your first appointment, we will follow up based on how you're doing with consideration of your treatment goals. At all points of contact, you can expect to be respected, never judged, and always supported with honesty, kindness, and dignity.
