Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a therapist who works with teens, and adults, supporting them through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My background has allowed me to develop a strong ability to build genuine rapport, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I am passionate about helping clients build self esteem, navigate complex emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change. It is truly an honor to hear each client’s story and walk alongside them in their healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, relational, and grounded in trust. I believe that therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

I will take time to understand your concerns, your goals, and what brings you to therapy, while also answering any questions you may have about the process. Together, we will start to identify what you hope to gain from our work and outline a path forward that feels comfortable and achievable. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and more at ease about the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself from the very beginning.
