Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome! I genuinely care about creating a space where they can show up exactly as they are. I’m down-to-earth, compassionate, and believe in meeting people where they’re at. With nearly a decade of experience as a therapist and a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring both professional expertise and genuine human connection to my work. I specialize in supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions, and I aim to help each client find balance, insight, and a sense of empowerment in their journey.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with authenticity, curiosity, and respect. I believe that healing happens through collaboration, and that therapy is a space where you can explore both your challenges and your strengths safely. My role is to help you gain insight, develop effective tools, and feel genuinely supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get acquainted and ensure that my approach is a good fit for you. We'll talk about your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you have. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
