Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cherry Dolph, LPCC. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor dedicated to helping individuals find healing, balance, and resilience through life's most difficult challenges. My practice focuses on supporting adults who are navigating trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. I also work extensively with individuals processing grief, adapting to major life changes (adjustment disorders), and seeking healthier ways to navigate anger management and emotional regulation. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by emotional storms, stuck in painful patterns, or trying to rebuild after a crisis, you do not have to walk this path alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and tailored to your unique story, integrating trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices to support lasting recovery. These evidence-based practices include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivation Interviewing, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I provide a compassionate, secure, and entirely non-judgmental space. Together, we will look at the root of your challenges while building practical, real-world emotional regulation skills to help you regain control and peace of mind.
