Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new patients! As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to work together to unlock and achieve the best version of yourself. I provide comprehensive, empathic care from assessment, to diagnosis, to medication management. I use brief psychotherapy in session when obstacles arise hindering your journey. I have experience with inpatient and outpatient settings and treat populations from age 18 and up.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment approach is collaborative, I will get to know you and your concerns, provide a diagnosis and discuss treatment options with you.

What you can expect from our first session

I want my clients to leave a session feeling hopeful, empowered, informed, and knowing that they have been seen and heard.
