Cheryl Bierbaum

I am passionate about working with women struggling with life transitions, self- esteem, exhaustion, and overall challenges that women face. My goal is to empower you to find harmony in your life, joy in your relationships and acceptance for yourself.

I use a cognitive behavioral/mindfulness approach (primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques) to help you develop new ways of coping with stress and negative self-talk, as well as discover how to make room for what is most meaningful for you in life.

My approach as a therapist is goal oriented- together we will work on finding solutions that work for you so that you feel empowered to help yourself during challenging times. You don't have to do this alone.
