Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in clinical psychology, I am privileged to support people through life’s challenges and strongly believe they have the inner strength that can support healing and growth. I work with adults living with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using science-backed mind-body approaches, I help clients overcome these conditions and move toward a rewarding, more confident life.

My approach to therapy

Living with chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma can be exhausting, and I’m here to understand your experience. Together, we’ll explore your history, what you’ve tried, and what you hope to change. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and draws primarily from science-backed strategies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Exposure and Response Prevention) to support your self-healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first meeting we'll get to know each other, which is important to determine if my approach is a good fit for you. I'll invite you to share your story, struggles, and how that affects your mental health, relationships, work, and social activities. From there, we will identify your primary goals and the actionable steps that will help you to take your life back from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
