Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in supporting people through trauma, PTSD, and life changes. My style is warm, authentic, and centered on your story, your strengths, and your goals. I use practical, evidenced-based tools to help you process hard memories and take small, steady steps toward feeling better. Most of all, I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and move forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life—I’m here to walk alongside you, not direct you. I focus on what you want to change and what you're willing to put into the process, using solution-focused techniques to build on your strengths and create realistic, meaningful goals. When trauma or painful memories are holding you back, I can incorporate Prolonged Exposure to help you face them in a safe, controlled way. Above all, we move at your pace, and I’ll always check in with you to make sure our work feels helpful and right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is part getting-to-know-you and part forward-looking. We'll spend time hearing your story, but I'll also gently guide us toward identifying what you'd like to be different in your life. We'll end with some initial ideas or small goals to start with, so you leave feeling like we've already begun moving in a helpful direction. Most importantly, you'll have a clear sense of how we might work together.
